Terms and conditions

Effective from 14 September 2026.

1. Scope

These terms cover use of the website presenting Happy House in Progled, Bistro Happy House and Happy Farm in Varna, and enquiries to ПЧЕЛА Н ЕООД. The company's registered address in Varna is separate from the guest house location in Progled.

2. Enquiries and bookings

The website allows you to contact us by telephone or email. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. This website does not provide an automated online payment or booking confirmation system.

The property, availability, dates, guest numbers, included services and total price are agreed before confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when the property expressly confirms it and any conditions disclosed and accepted beforehand have been met, including an advance payment if agreed. Essential booking terms are provided by email or another durable medium.

3. Prices and payment

The total price, currency, applicable taxes and fees, included services and any additional charges are disclosed before you commit to payment. Any advance payment, its due date, the remaining balance and payment method are agreed for your booking. These website terms do not set a fixed deposit, penalty or cancellation fee.

4. Changes, cancellation and no-shows

Contact the property as early as possible to request a change or cancellation. The conditions provided and accepted before the booking was confirmed apply, subject to mandatory law. Changes to a confirmed booking require mutual agreement.

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply to tourist accommodation, catering or leisure services for a specific date or period in the cases provided by law. This does not remove your other statutory rights or any more favourable cancellation terms agreed with you.

5. Visits and stays

Check-in and check-out times, capacity, access to facilities and property rules are agreed when booking. Please respect the property and other guests. Children remain under the supervision of accompanying adults. Follow staff guidance around animals and when using facilities. Please contact the property in advance about accessibility, pets, food allergies or other specific requirements.

6. Website content

Photos and descriptions present the properties and facilities. Specific services, availability and seasonal offers are confirmed on enquiry. Website content does not grant permission to use text, photographs or branding commercially without the relevant rights holder's permission. External links lead to services with their own terms.

7. Information supplied when contacting us

ПЧЕЛА Н ЕООД uses information supplied with enquiries to respond, arrange and fulfil bookings and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an enquiry is not, by itself, consent to marketing. For questions about your personal information or to exercise applicable rights, contact the email above. You may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

9. Governing law and updates

Bulgarian law applies without excluding mandatory protection available to consumers under applicable law. The current version is published on this page. Updates do not apply retrospectively to confirmed bookings. Simply browsing this website does not create a booking or payment obligation.
