A house that remembers
a whole century
For over a hundred years this house has stood on the slope above Progled. The writer Vasil Dimitrov — Yantai Kavalov — lived and worked here. Walls of Rhodope stone, petrol-green window shutters with carved hearts. Every detail here is precise and carries meaning. The past is not a museum — it is alive and warm; here, history has been built upon history.
A Rhodope retreat
in Provençal style
A different reading… Every room is arranged with romance, style and clear, calm energy. The Happy House — perched in the heart of the mountain.
A bedroom where
the body rests
A wrought-iron bed — comfort with orthopaedic mattresses of wool and linen. Natural, breathable materials for deep, peaceful sleep in the embrace of the mountain.
A kitchen where
time sits down with you
The heart of the house is the dining room — an oak sideboard, a hand-painted chandelier and a long table under a linen cloth. A fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room in one — for groups who love spending their evenings together.
